Marketing Strategy
I am experienced in working in multi-ethnic and multicultural populations. With that said, the Black community is an underserved market and within this demographic, there are a number of circles that we are tapping that includes the Church community, Black executive leadership, and Entrepreneurial leaders.
Unique Specialization
Our specialization includes the areas of Leadership training, especially for churches and small non-profits. We have an emphasis on assessments of work styles and leadership styles to build team cohesion.
